A combination of herbs used traditionally to help increase milk supply and to improve the digestion of both mum and bub.
Ingredients: Aniseed, fennel, nettle and goat's rue.
Directions for use and storage: Store your herbal tea in a cool, dark place away from moisture. Use one to two teaspoons per cup with your chosen brewing method. Add honey if sweetener is desired.
Precautions: Recommended to only 1 cup/day during pregnancy.
