A combination of herbs used by herbalists traditionally to calm and promote sleep, our Zen tea uses herbs that ease nervous tension, digestive upsets, poor circulation and high blood pressure, preparing the body for sleep.

Ingredients: Chamomile, lavender, olive leaf, valerian, rosemary, hops, catmint, lemon peel, passionflower.


Directions for use and storage: Store your herbal tea in a cool, dark place away from moisture. Use one to two teaspoons per cup with your chosen brewing method. Add honey if sweetener is desired.


Precautions: Do not exceed one cup per day during pregnancy. Recommended for adults only. If you are taking prescription medication please check with your doctor prior to taking this product.
